New capabilities, improvements and corrections in this version.
New
- Board declarations follow the assigned governance attributes: committee review followed by the Nominations Committee Chair, or the Chief Executive Officer for Chair declarations.
- Board members can submit once before reviewers are assigned. Their declaration waits securely and enters the review queue automatically when the required reviewers become available.
- Profile settings show the applicable Board review route instead of an employee line manager.
Fixed
- Committee recommendations reliably advance to the recorded Chair for a final decision, without duplicate recommendations on retry.

Administrators must assign Board Member and governance reviewer attributes, and grant reviewers the existing Approvals permission.
