Employees
- Enter your Exxaro number once to sign in or create an account. A code is sent only after you confirm. Board onboarding guidance no longer appears on ordinary sign-in.
- Returning to an unfinished registration resumes your progress, including after using the browser Back button.
- Incorrect codes no longer restart the resend wait. Expiry and retry limits show the next action clearly, and a valid code stays usable after the resend allowance runs out.
- SMS delivery problems give clearer recovery guidance, and uncertain sends are not automatically repeated. The sign-in button and Microsoft logo also display correctly in dark mode.
Remember
- Entering an Exxaro number repeatedly within an hour eventually falls back to the Microsoft sign-in page, which cannot tell you whether an account exists.
- Starting registration five times for the same Exxaro number within an hour, each time from a fresh visit, still reports the general 'check your details' message rather than naming the wait.
