- Sign-in and Home reflect One Exxaro with balanced coal, renewable energy and metals imagery, an automatic slideshow with accessible pause controls, and calmer light and dark appearances on phones, tablets and desktops.
- Read a warmer, centred Home welcome, find conflict-of-interest and gift actions sooner, and recognise Reporting by its chart icon. Organisation labels read Exxaro Ethics.
- Read declaration work through a clear green header, calmer details and a more distinct action, with a subtle, persistent Exxaro Design Studio credit.
- Keep your selected menu destination in view, explore Your Areas through a quieter expandable overview, and see the portal's v1.0.0 product identity.

- Home guidance opens How COI works, with a separate link to report application problems.
